У каждой партии есть определенный электорат – понятно, что у Партии регионов это восток, юго-восток и так далее. Евроинтеграция не увеличит, по крайней мере, кардинально и существенно, количество сторонников Партии регионов и Президента. Здесь принято стратегическое решение – оно, может быть продлено, на время даже большее, чем вторая каденция Президента Януковича. Стратегия эта заключается в том, что европейский вектор и вхождение в эту зону создаст определенные трудности – страну тяжело будет заставлять меняться, модернизироваться, модифицировать промышленность. Союз Таможенный в свою очередь дает преференции ближние, а отдаленные, стратегические почти не просматриваются. Но фактом остается то, что необходимо найти формат сотрудничества с Таможенным союзом и с Россией в первую очередь - я думаю, что такой формат рано или поздно будет найден. Об этом говорил Президент Янукович, и Президент России сказал, что «мы все равно встретимся» - имея в виду Украину и Россию. Поэтому, я думаю, что ситуация будет экономически сложной, временами даже крайне сложной, но стратегическое решение со временем найдется.
Выбранный вектор Украины заставит меняться и саму Россию – ей придется понять, что нужны новые форматы отношений с ближайшим окружением. Пока, за эти два десятка лет, мы не увидели со стороны России этих новых форматов. Россия не научилась пользоваться таким инструментом, как мягкая сила - к сожалению, я это подчеркиваю.
Можно было бы приводить другие примеры, но мне кажется, что сама Россия будет меняться. И эта ситуация, сложившаяся между Украиной и Россией, она в какой-то степени, если глубоко ее анализировать, важна и для самой России. Потому что та же Россия не смотря ни на что, налаживает – и даже очень эффективно - свои отношения с Европой и Европейским союзом.
